By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. Any breach of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services.

All content on the OFF SPIRE website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, and software — is the property of OFF SPIRE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
• We are not responsible for colour/texture differences due to screen calibration
• Limited drop items may be final sale — this will be clearly marked at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout. OFF SPIRE is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days across India.

We accept return or replacement requests strictly for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a request:

• Email us at help@offspire.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide a mandatory uncut unboxing video (from opening the package) and photo proof
• Include your order number and item details

OFF SPIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
